“Billing issue that was lingering. Although they are an authorized retailer they were able to get in contact with a corporate employee who helped me.
I was pissed when I went in and irritable. Just a mess. But the people who were working that day could see that and instead of making it worse they actually made it better.
They took the time to explain what happened and find when it went wrong and helped get all the extra fees off my account that were JUST FROM PRESSING BUTTONS. Got my account back to what my contract stated I would agree to pay and got me back into budget.
So I left happy and able to pay my account on time which is now paid in full as we all needed to happen.
Bottom line is there is a right and wrong way to treat people REGARDLESS if it is a big company at the end of the day we are all people.

So good job to these people being human beings and not some ROBOT to help the big corporate wigs get paid bookooosssss of money but they never spend a day in the eyes of the customers.”
