“Andy my Bank Rep. Is,the Best of them all. He,took his time. My Bank account was attacked. We,opened a new one per his suggestion.. He was patient and had alot of calmness. “I am leaving this review for Jennifer because she has single handedly kept a customer at TD bank. For years I have had TD bank and never had issues they randomly changed the fees on my account because it no longer existed I was at a low point in my life and this was the last thing I needed. I was trying to talk to customer service online they didn’t care at all regardless of all the years I had been with them, I have had nothing but issues with them before this for months, in a last stitch effort I decided to make the trip to this branch and Jennifer who is the assistant store manager helped me. From the beginning she was very sweet and welcoming she saw that I was feeling down and stressed and she assured me we would figure it out and she did with positivity and empathy which was lacking with the online services. Months later I followed up with her and she remembered not only me but what we talked about and again she came through with exactly what she had originally said. She made it super easy and convenient for me. I cannot thank her enough she doesn’t realize how much her kindness and gesture that day really helped and because of her I am not switching banks. “Great service all the time! PS: for the people who reported about the ducks, that specific species of duck is actually invasive in Florida that harms local wildlife. PSS: the bank had nothing to do with the killing of those ducks, so instead of harassing the google reviews and damage the reputation of the bank be a little more mindful. Hope that helps ?”
