The staff is helpful there are two ATMs outside that you can drive-through or one ATM but you can use at the entrance of the bank. This particular location usually never has any lines so he will be in and out without waiting long.”

“Gotta admit I spoke to a very honest representative of the bank. I have wanted to change banks for years, but it is such a hassle. I got their new "Active" credit card, with 2 miles for every dollar spent, sweet card! I also wanted to lower interest rate on my car loan & personally, I like to keep things together at 1 bank, if I can. It seems to earn me more loyalty & perks. The representative explained to be that Wells Fargo, does not do any unsecured loans. Was sorry to hear that, but BRAVO for honesty, telling me up front & not wasting my time!! Overall I dislike banks & coexist with them out of necessity. I hate my bank & love the professiolism I received at Wells Fargo. What's a girl to do? If it wasn't for the car, I would be banking with Wells Fargo & don't forget about their sweet new "Active Cash" credit card!”

“i have been a customer at branch located ridge and little roads for about 18 years. when i first open the account there was 2 emoployees and a manager from the credit union that used to be on ridge same plaza as the public market store. so, i had 3 friends. but one by one left for other branches, and later on they left wells fargo. i met new branch managers and employees and they all have been good to me. but when this branch closed temporarely, i had to go the nearest one on little rd and 52 rd, at times i would god on the one on us 19.here it was not the same. but they reopen the the branch on ridge/ little and i am satisfied with the group.thank you for your services magnificent team work,frankp..”
“As far as Bank of Americas go, this one is pretty nice, it has two drive-by ATMs along with a quite a few more drive-by windows than a normal bank. Fast and efficient, I appreciate the additional services offered!”
