“Its where I bank. They have a walk up and drive thru atm. They have 2 virtual tellers inside, you still speak to and see a live person but its on a machine, they also have an extraordinary staff, super knowledgeable and friendly. I had to get my debit card replaced and they can print them there, took a couple minutes.”
“Marisol was my angel today. Calm, patient, kind, and reversed my overdraft fee while I’m going through a super rough time. I’ve been with Grow since I was a kid and my grandparents were too when it was only for military. I don’t like that $20 overdraft fee but gosh the people and benefits are amazing.”

“I do most of my banking online using the MidFlorida app which is an excellent piece of software compared to others I have used. I don't usually need to go to the branch but when I do the people there are more than friendly and helpful. Every time I leave I think to myself how lucky I am to be with this Bank. They are very accommodating and I have never left not getting what I needed accomplished. When I first was a mid Florida customer the only branch near me was quite a drive and very hard to get in and out of. When they opened a branch very near my home I was overjoyed. It made everything much simpler and I can just drop in anytime without having to fight traffic. So location location location, yes it does make a difference. I would recommend not only this bank but most especially this Branch to anyone looking to change financial institutions. I don't have a lot of money but they treat me like an important customer regardless of my financial situation. I'm never made it to feel 'less than', & it makes a difference.”

“By far, one if the best banking experience I have had in the past 30 years and by far better service than Wells or Bank of America. The first representative who helped me in opening my account was amazing and has relocated to a branch near his home. Today, for the 2nd time, I have dealt with Nicole Escobales and have encountered superb service as well. She is well informed, pleasant, presentable and attentive. She was patient and addressed all issues then had them resolved. Thank you for your outstanding service. Bank is,clean albeit empty, could have been the time of visit. We were promptly greeted as we entered.”
“I had a very good experience with this bank. I had an issue with receiving my debit card in the mail and they got it figured out for me easily. I unfortunately do not remember the name of the person I initially spoke to but he was wonderful and went out of his way to get my problem fixed.
