“I simply went in to cash a check that was written out of a bank of america account. I am not a customer of this bank and they had no reason to show me the courtesy and kindness that they did. If I could give a hundred stars, I would. I'd walked in carrying my granddaughter's carrier and the manager not only pulled up a chair for me, but told me to sit down with the baby and stood in line to save my spot. The teller was so kind and informed me about their accounts and some of the perks of being a member, but their customer service sold me instantly.”
