“This is THE BEST ACE Hardware location I have ever been too.
Their hardware selection is extensive. 99.9% of the time they have the exact items I need, and I'm usually looking for odd stuff. I usually need high grade stainless, brass, or bronze. They also carry plain steel, zinc plated, and galvanized. Their small parts selection is also very impressive. Most of the staff really know what they are talking about too.”
“I had a difficult time locating a kitchen faucet aerator that was compatible with my Pur + water filter. No one had what I needed and I was referred to Ace Hardware. I called up and spoke to Steve and then to Pete, who was the plumbing guy and I ended up visiting the store. Kudos and hats off as Pete went above and beyond to solve my issue. He was able to come up with the solution and I would never have gotten what I needed, if not for Ace Hardware and Pete!! Everyone in the store were very friendly and its a very nice store. “I had some issues with another Ferguson location and I ended up speaking with Vincent at this location. He took care of my issue very quickly. Other location I spoke to 5 different people over 20 days and issue was never resolved. Vincent should be training the other locations on customer service.. Thank you for your help, it was very much appreciated!”

“Ace Hardware took over the old True Value location and it’s become a really convenient place close to home for hardware, tools, and quick project supplies. Staff is helpful and the store is easy to get in and out of without the hassle of a huge box store. Overall a great local spot to have nearby. Just make sure to watch prices on certain items because some things can be a bit higher compared to The Home Depot.”

“My 5 star review is for Tony at the Lowe’s on Minton in West Melbourne. After 3 different people told me an aisle to look in Tony approached me. Asked if he could help. I explained what I was looking for. Instead of giving me an aisle number he walked me to 3 different locations and helped me pick out what I was looking for and even walked me back to the front to check out. That is the kind of employee you want working there. His best is camo and I highly recommend if you need help and see him bypass anyone else and go right to Tony.”

“I went to home depot on Malabar rd today. Being a senior citizen I went to the return dept and asked a lady if there is an employee to push a flat cart around to load some heavy items. She said we don't do that. I grabbed a cart and asked an employee named Katherine where my 1st item would be. She very politely said let me push the cart for you and I will take you to each item. After I paid She pushed the cart out and I brought my vehicle to the door and she loaded all my items. Thank you Katherine and Home depot for having employees like her.”
“I like HD in general however, this store did not have a tool rental, which I think would be a benifit to increase the stores traffic. I also did not care for the store layout. Several departments were split up, which made it difficult to find things. As a out of town contractor.”
