“I’ve never been to Ace Hardware before but I was looking for hardware stores that offer chainsaw blade sharpening and Ace does! The staff were very helpful and directed me to the counter in the back. My chainsaw blade was sharpened while I waited and it only took about 5 minutes. I was really surprised at the selection of items as I walked around the store. All the employees were really friendly and generally I had a great shopping experience. I drove from the next town over since I don’t have an Ace Hardware but I would return.”
“I walked all over the big box store, looking for a hook blade for my utility knife. They had regular blades in several locations. Employees didn't even know what it was. I should have just started at Ace. Helpful employee and well arranged store.”

We chose them because they were the only company willing and able to span our entire 53-foot deck with a panoramic picture screen without any support beams, which was extremely important to us so we could fully enjoy our lake view.

“I had some issues with another Ferguson location and I ended up speaking with Vincent at this location. He took care of my issue very quickly. Other location I spoke to 5 different people over 20 days and issue was never resolved. Vincent should be training the other locations on customer service.. “My 5 star review is for Tony at the Lowe’s on Minton in West Melbourne. After 3 different people told me an aisle to look in Tony approached me. Asked if he could help. I explained what I was looking for. Instead of giving me an aisle number he walked me to 3 different locations and helped me pick out what I was looking for and even walked me back to the front to check out. That is the kind of employee you want working there. His best is camo and I highly recommend if you need help and see him bypass anyone else and go right to Tony.”

“I go out of my way to go to this location just to see Bud and the paint department. Painting is mostly what I do and he’s such a character full of knowledge and so helpful. You never have to chase him down and ask for help. He always approaches you when he sees you and ask if he can assist you. Unfortunately, checking out is not as easy at the Pro checkout. This morning there were seven people in line with one register open. I saw an associate behind the Pro desk and ask if she could get some help so she came out and rang up people. When you see seven people in line, especially pros who are trying to get to work I shouldn’t have to ask you to open another register. You should just be smart enough to put customers first. Go Bud!!!”

“I went to home depot on Malabar rd today. Being a senior citizen I went to the return dept and asked a lady if there is an employee to push a flat cart around to load some heavy items. She said we don't do that. I grabbed a cart and asked an employee named Katherine where my 1st item would be. She very politely said let me push the cart for you and I will take you to each item. After I paid She pushed the cart out and I brought my vehicle to the door and she loaded all my items. Thank you Katherine and Home depot for having employees like her.”
“I like HD in general however, this store did not have a tool rental, which I think would be a benifit to increase the stores traffic. I also did not care for the store layout. Several departments were split up, which made it difficult to find things. As a out of town contractor.”
