“Best hardware store I’ve ever been to. Knowledgeable, kind, and friendly staff and has most all the stuff you will need. Has been and will remain my go to for anything hardware related. Also, they have key blanks for most anything which is great. Not to mention I believe they are locally owned, which explains the amazing service”

“I had a difficult time locating a kitchen faucet aerator that was compatible with my Pur + water filter. No one had what I needed and I was referred to Ace Hardware. I called up and spoke to Steve and then to Pete, who was the plumbing guy and I ended up visiting the store. Kudos and hats off as Pete went above and beyond to solve my issue. He was able to come up with the solution and I would never have gotten what I needed, if not for Ace Hardware and Pete!! Everyone in the store were very friendly and its a very nice store. Thanks Pete!! 🙂”

“Always a convenient spot when I need tools or random home stuff. The store is well organized, easy to navigate, and the staff is actually helpful without being pushy. They usually have what I’m looking for, and checkout is quick. Super reliable place to grab supplies without having to deal with a giant big-box store.”

“Bought a commercial grade Keurig machine from them. It came with a large selection of coffee as well, and not the small boxes, 24 cups in each box, 9 boxes. Everything was packaged nicely and arrived in great condition. They had the best price for this package as well. Works perfectly, am extremely happy with this purchase!”

“I went in this morning with toilet tank pieces in hand. The guys immediately identified the manufacturer and knew exactly what i needed to do to solve the problem. One of the gentlemen grabbed a product off the shelf and said it should resolve my issue. The other accessed the parts log and found entire assembly that would mitigate future problems. I purchased the product off the shelf and ordered the assembly. They were correct! The product off the shelf completely resolved my issue! So when the entire assembly arrives. I'll have it when needed. Bottom line, Outstanding customer service! Thanks Gents!!!”

“East Coast Lumber is a great old time lumber and hardware store. It's a been a fixture in the our city since its founding. Everything your need for a project is available. Nails of every type are sold by the pound. Specialty lumber of all sorts. Great staff with all of the answers.”

“I have always found Ace Hardware stores to be well stocked and to have knowledgeable staff. This recently opened Ace on Wickham Rd fully met my expectations. The physical store used to be a different national chain branded store. The layout has not changed much, but all the tools and hardware are now provided by Ace. Whatever screw, nail, or bolt you need well likely be found there. Sure, you might be able to save a few bucks if you purchase from a big box store, but likely your selection will be limited. Ace has nearly every size, length, and drive head you could want. Due to the construction just north of Ace, the driveway from Lake Washington Rd is closed--there is an entry driveway from Wickham (the entrance remains on the north side of the Ace building).”

“My go to store for my chicken feed and supplies, the only drawback is the staff who are very helpful and friendly doesn't know too much about raising animals and couldn't tell me what medicine I needed for a sick hen but you can't beat them for their prices on feed for animals.”

“Of course Home Depot is awesome lol. Need i say more. This location closes one hour earlier than others but it is stocked well and the employees actually know where things are. Well the men do lol. But the woman are also polite and helpful. They will look on their phones to tell you where things are. Yes I am a proud chauvinist lol. I won't expect a man to know his way around Sephora lol. But this Home depot is a man's playground. Tools machines mowers. Makes you want to just break something so you can come here to fix it. But all jokes aside. They are very female inclusive. Woman's sizes in gloves parallel and tools. Yes they have tools that will fit woman's smaller hands and that are not dangerously over powered. So diy can now be a date night fun night for couple's.”

“Went to get some paint for my son's room. My son is a nonverbal autistic adult. Jamie was fantastic. Not only did he thoroughly appreciate the Marvel/ Spider-Man theme we are choosing for his room, we talked about how we are making it look more adult rather than childlike, he studied pictures of the old mural that's on the walls before highly recommending that we prime first, and he was polite and sweet throughout the process including being very kind and attentive to my son. He obviously enjoys his job and he is an asset to your organization. I am very grateful that he was there to provide assistance.”

“My wife and I went here to purchase a new lawnmower and was greeted by an associate named Kevin - fantastic gentleman by the way!. After talking with him, we decided to get approved for the lowes credit card to save some money. After the whole process with Kevin, He walked us up to the service desk where Dawn - another fantastic lady, then helped us checkout. For some reason or another, Dawn could not get the temporary card to work. She then had to call the synchrony company for us and had to explain the whole situation. Turns out, it ended up being on lowes asset protection end. She then had to talk to them to figure out what was going on. After an hour of trying to fix this problem. Kevin and Dawn were able to get management involved to get my wife and I on our merry way. We left satisfied and stress free. Kevin and Dawn were exceptional and we have never been more impressed with customer service before until being serviced by those two. They need some recognition and a raise for sure!! I will always go back to this lowes just to be taken care of by them. Kevin and Dawn turned an upside down experience into a satisfactory transaction leaving the store with smiles on our faces. Kevin and Dawn you guys were awesome Im glad we ran into you today when purchasing our lawnmower!!”
