“I had a very good experience at this location (Palm Bay Rd). It was somewhat busy, but adequately staffed, and shout out to Christina and Ashawnie specifically, who were efficient at getting people helped quickly. They provided a printing service that I needed and made it look easy after I had received subpar results elsewhere. Christina and Ashawnie were quick to attend to me, were welcoming, accommodating, skilled, and just had great attitudes, which is so refreshing. The store was out of my way and yet I'll travel there for help from here on.”

“I ordered a first Christmas tree ornament last November. It never arrived. Today, Feb 28th, I received an email from the West Melbourne Post Office to let me know my package with the ornament was there (it had been shipped to my old address in West Melbourne), they would hold it until Saturday before it would be discarded. I rushed to pick it up and, although I was told that they don't typically email about undeliverable mail, I had the email from Chantel, who told me they would typically dispose of undeliverable mail, but she opened it and saw it was a baby's first Christmas ornament with engraving. She found my email address on the receipt and emailed me. How unbelievably kind and I can't thank her enough for going out of her way to help!”

Atlantic Pack & Parcel picked up a framed work of art for me from a local auction house. They were extremely patient, answering all my many questions and happily following my wishes for specific packaging. Cost was very reasonable, the package arrived quickly and nothing was damaged (unlike experiences I’ve had with other pack ‘n ship-type places). I’m extremely grateful for their excellent service, ease of communication and payment, and for making it possible for me to purchase items in auctions that are far away from where I live.
