“I recently opened a new account, and the experience was both pleasant and professional. My new card didn't arrive when expected, but I knew the reason. I'd moved in the interim, and banks don't allow statements/cards to be forwarded for security reasons. Upon my return to clear up this issue, I was helped by the same person (Debra) who had made opening the account so easy. She made the correction on the computer while I waited. This was after 4 p.m. on a Tuesday. The new card she requested arrived at my new address on Thursday morning. Now THAT is customer service !! One other thing happened during that second visit. When I first arrived, Debra was standing out front consoling a woman who was having a mobility challenge. She acknowledge me and said she'd be right with me. Just then another bank employee arrived with one of the motorized carts available at Walmart and he pulled it right up to that woman. The woman got in and was on her way. What a wonderful act of kindness !!”
