“I went to department stores for dresses for a wedding and barely found anything! I went to this Ross and found soooo much that suited my figure! Gale in the fitting room is an absolute gem! She helped me pick out so many cute outfits (DKNY and CK) and just please figure out how to keep Gale forever! Loved her energy and sweetness!”

“I love the furniture selection and Stephany; Jordan and Chris provide excellent customer service. I do have an issue with the store manager who has lied to me on a few occasions. I ordered two items that were on back order. I still do not have my items and it's been months. The manager advised me on two occasions I would have them. To date, I am still waiting. I'm not sure if I would shop there again.”

“Best hardware store I’ve ever been to. Knowledgeable, kind, and friendly staff and has most all the stuff you will need. Has been and will remain my go to for anything hardware related. Also, they have key blanks for most anything which is great. Not to mention I believe they are locally owned, which explains the amazing service”

They are professional and knowledgeable about all aspects of rugs (weave, material, backing, cleaning, protection, etc). Their prices are great, and they are a local business. I highly recommend shopping at this store.”

“Such an adorable shop! Has everything from cleaning supplies, to unique food, to kids stuff. It's affordable. Clean. Well organized and brightly lit. Smells nice, perhaps a little strong if you're sensitive to perfumes but its welcomed to dirty bathroom scent. For reference they always have sales and clearance and holidays to walk thoroughly around is fun without purchasing anything. But they make resisting hard!”

“This Home Goods store is located right next to a TJ Maxx store. Inside the store the two stores are connected to each other so that customers can easily walk between stores. Home Goods is a store that has decently priced merchandise and they provide a good service to the Space Coast of Florida. One thing important worth mentioning is that the isles are very narrow in Home Goods. This severely hurts the customer experience because customers are not given adequate time to look for and to examine merchandise for purchasing. Other customers are stuck waiting for customers to move, to allow them to walk down the isles, to allow them to find an item for themselves to purchase, and it limits their ability to walk around the store all together. This means that, because this store so packed with merchandise, it actually hinders the customers ability to make purchases. So what might seem like a good idea, packing the stores with more merchandise by narrowing the isles, what was likely meant to increase sales in the store, actually does the opposite, it's decreasing sales. I also don't believe that the narrow isles are disability friendly nor are they friendly for plus size customers. Once inside Home Goods, I found that they had a great selection of gardening supplies, pets supplies, and outdoor furniture. They also sell bedding, beautiful decorative items for the home, indoor furniture, and they have a selection of decorative seasonal items (such as Easter decorations).”

“I'm not in aquisition phase of life anymore. But like to see options. My parts of the store are bedding, bathroom items and food. They usually have some imported thing I like.”

“We love our sleepnumber bed. It was pricey as were the pillows, but so comfortable and flexible. Only downside is the split top king you end up with this crevice which is a bit uncomfortable if anyone ends up in the middle including kids and pets.”

“We hired Carole to help liquidate our parents home in Melbourne. Unfortunately we are in Kansas and were somewhat concerned that we would have to find a local estate liquidator to work with us remotely IN A SHORT AMOUNT OF TIME. Trust and communication were a big factor. Carole stood out from the list (we reached out to several) and her communication with us helped us make the choice. She is professional above all else and trustworthy. Tells you what she is going to do and she does it.”

“Great littler restaurant. Food was excellent. Highly recommend the skewered tenderloin tips with parmesan glaze. So tender!!! Also noteworthy are there salad croutons... buttery garlicy crunchy goodness! The downside to Mickeys is that the bar side is ALWAYS hopping so that makes parking impossible. We had an early reservation (5pm) thinking we could avoid the hunt. We got one of the last spots in the lot.”

The customer service is excellent. The staff is friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile, making the shopping experience even better. Ross is the perfect place for anyone who loves quality, variety, and great value all in one store.”
