“Our friends booked out the Windmere for us all to stay together for their wedding weekend, and it was amazing. The inn is so cute (Barbie beach house meets coastal grandma vibes) and the service was 10/10. Delicious breakfast (dietary restrictions accomodated), cozy robes, a koi pond, a saline pool, and the beach is literally steps away. It was such an easy weekend and the inn was the perfect place to all hang out between wedding events. Would definitely recommend for a girls weekend or getaway.”

“I’ve stayed here twice now for business trips, and both times have been great. The staff are consistently warm and friendly — they really make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The hotel has some nice perks too: valet service, a rooftop lounge that’s perfect for meals and drinks, a gym, and a few other cool amenities. Location is a big win as well. It’s only about 7 minutes from the beach, which made unwinding after work meetings really easy. Would definitely recommend for anyone traveling for business in the area.”

“I am almost hesitant to write a review like this...sometimes, when you find a hidden gem, you like to keep it to yourself...but let's give credit where credit is due.

I stay in hotels often for work and always use Hilton hotels, but even the majority of those are Hampton Inns. This is by far the best Hampton Inns we've stayed in, and this is our 5th time here. The rooms are always spotless and smell nice, and the rest of the hotel is just as clean. The breakfast is consistently good. The staff are always outstanding.

The drive from here to the cruise port is a bit longer compared to those further north, but the cleanliness and staff here more than make up for it.”

“A wonderful family “home away from home.” My in-laws inspired our stay, as they often come here for staycations, and I booked very last minute for a Friday evening check in and Sunday AM checkout for Memorial Day weekend getaway for my husband and me.

From check-in, the experience felt special. We were kindly upgraded for our anniversary and gifted complimentary drink cards, which was such a thoughtful touch. Our room was lovely, clean, and very comfortable — the bed and pillows were amazing.

We really enjoyed the food and drinks throughout our stay. Room service breakfast was delicious, especially The All American, and the Ocean Grille burgers, sweet potato fries, and key lime pie were excellent. Erick at the tiki bar makes amazing piña coladas and rum buckets, and the coconut margarita was a game changer.

The pool, beach, and tiki bar made for such a relaxing weekend. We brought our own umbrella and chairs and loved how peaceful the beach became later in the day. We had a great time enjoying the pool and meeting other guests.

One memorable frustrating service interaction happened at the tiki bar on Saturday. After we sat down at the table a bartender shouted across the area while a band was playing instead of coming over to explain the ordering process, which felt unnecessary and a little off-putting. It stuck with me for a bit, and additionally it was a bit frustrating that all the shaded tables by the tiki bar were taken by people’s stuff while they went to the beach or pool, discourteous of those guests to others, thankfully the rest of the staff and service throughout the stay were wonderful.

Overall, this was a much-needed and very enjoyable getaway. The atmosphere, food, drinks, room, and anniversary kindness made it feel special. We would absolutely return.”

Kim and her staff are very professional, the hotel is in great condition and close enough to the beach if you are driving.
The atmosphere is excellent, I felt very safe at all times inside my king room apartment.
The value is totally unmatched, you will definitely not find anything better to this one for the price, especially with free breakfast every morning, downstairs in lobby.
Kim and her crew will make sure that you feel at home and will make sure that your coffe is ready for you always.
I can not say enough good things about this hotel, so I will say this.

“This Hilton property is just a gem. You can’t beat the location (quieter beach than up the road)! Every staff we’ve encountered has been genuinely pleasant from Monica at the front desk to Craig wandering through the pool area making sure everyone was happy, and Adam at the tiki bar.

The pool is smaller and tends to get crowded quickly. Down on the beach you can rent 2 chairs and umbrella all day for $40 (“all day” ends at 5pm). The rooms are spacious, and the bed was amazingly comfortable. However- the sliding door to the balcony almost took 2 of us to slide open. Elevators are quick!

The food stands out also- we had a burger at the tiki bar as well as coconut shrimp and both were quite tasty! By far one of the most important things for me is the coffee and I was absolutely pleased at how good it is! Pro tip: fill up a cup of coffee in the lobby before going in for breakfast- save yourself $5.

Will definitely be back in the future. One of our favorite properties.”

“This place is right by the airport and on what I'd consider a main enough drag. Came in near midnight, starving and strung out from a day full of delayed flights and the front desk pointed me to a nearby 24 hour McDonald's! Crazy helpful!”

I can tell everyone this hotel is NOT for everyone. As a Florida native just visiting home for a week it's perfect. Reminds me of my homes I've lived in here. BUT. if you aren't a Florida native it probably won't be up to your standards. It's a Lil damp, has cheaper furniture, peeling paint, non-working lightswitches.. but that's common in older Florida homes. It's right on the beach and they provide tons of beach gear.”

“Nice if you are looking for something quiet. Waking up right there at the beach is priceless. Lower level rooms are not comfortable if you want to make your own meals. If you intent to bring your food and make breakfast or whatever, choose 115. 2 bedrooms a dinner table and full size kitchen. They got anything you might need for the beach. Very nice, simple and quiet.”

“I stayed at this hotel recently. It looks like a relatively new property, as everything is in clean and pristine condition. The staff is about as personable as to be expected.

The rooms are very nice and clean, and everything is laid out conveniently for a business guest. The climate control is comfortable. Only complaint I have about the climate control is the fan is always on, even if the unit is not actively cooling or heating the room, and the fan is kind of loud.

The room service was very good, and the shower was clean and modern. The only issue I had with the shower was low water pressure. The bathroom has a convenient motion sensing power switch, so the light turns on automatically when you enter the bathroom. The only caveat to that is, after you’ve been in the shower for a few minutes, the motion detector doesn’t see your motion and shuts off the light while you were in the middle of a shower. I had to open the shower door and wave my arm around for the lights to come back on.

Overall, it’s a great hotel, and I would recommend it. I would absolutely stay there again, especially given the fact that it is surrounded by plenty of different places to eat just don’t show up after 10 PM, or you will have very limited selections of places to go that, of course, is not within the control of the hotel.”

“Standard courtyard hotel with a convenient drive to the airport. Great location with Publix is walking distance and ample of places to eat. Rooms are nice but as with most hotels, the carpet could use a cleaning. These aren't the worst I've seen but could use a little help. Laundry facilities are on site and seem to be maintained. The exercise room is well above average with their equipment. The pool is nice but they dont have a hot tub. The Bistro is pretty standard, decent food, reasonable pruces.”

“I really enjoyed my stay here. Staff was very helpful especially Selena (the assistant manager) she always has a smile on her face and willing to help. Housekeeper Antoinette was very nice and cleaned my room and left is smelling amazing. The location is great with mall stores and restaurants and movie theater that you can walk to. “My husband and I had a great stay at the Hilton Melbourne this past weekend, I definitely want to give a big shout out to your wonderful staff. We had an unfortunate experience with a property closer to Daytona International Speedway, and decided to head towards home, despite the extra hour drive late at night. The Front Desk Associate was very kind and accommodating to our 2am arrival, she accepted our request for a late check-out the next day. When we awoke, our breakfast was delicious, in a beautiful dining room. The Supervisor was very helpful with my husband's dietary challenges as he is fighting terminal cancer. Finally Jesphire greeted me as we were leaving at the front entrance. He introduced himself to me as I was waiting for my husband to bring the car around to pick me and our bags up. Jesphire was very friendly and genuinely asked me how my stay was. He described how important it is for him personally to know that his work to care for the property and guests has met our expectations. Your team made a rough night much better for us. The service was spectacular!”

“Nancy and the team at Atlantic Inn were awesome. We came in very late, and she was very accommodating and welcoming at such a late hour. She offered us water, coffee and snacks when we arrived as well when we left. Nancy gave us information on the area and directed us to all of the local shopping and restaurants. We will be back and hopefully she's still managing.”

“For the price you will not be disappointed. This hotel has had a bad reputation here in Melbourne for decades. I recently stayed 2 nights and found new owners who have cleaned up the property and ended the party like atmosphere that once existed. I can also see the rooms have been somewhat updated and have not seen any roaches or people hanging out. All around comfortable stay . For the price it was an incredible stay. Plus the staff and management were very friendly and seem professional.”

“I've stayed at several of the hotels in the area, and this one is my favorite by far. It's an older hotel, don't expect the Hilton, but the room was super clean. The front desk people are excellent. The price is affordable and they didn't charge extra for my dog. I'll be back.”
