“I bought an RC plane in an auction house in Florida and I live in New York City. The wingspan of the plane is 80 inches and the fuselage is around 70 inches The plane and wing are so big that usps could not transport it. Atlantic pack and parcel picked up the plane from the auction house separated the wing from the fuselage and stored it at their place for a little over two months free of charge until I found a way to ship it to New York. Charlene and Sophia were always professional, cooperative and supported me through the whole process. I appreciate very much their efforts.”

“I ship stuff to my kids in IN, KY and CO all the time! They know who I am and keep my kids address on file and myPayment info. I can walk in and drop off my stuff and if they are busy I can just walk out. I know they will get it addressed and packed safe and get it sent off without me even waiting. I get an email later telling me the shipping info. I can literally leave my daughters first name on the box and I know they will look up her info and get it shipped! I had a package lost last year and they did all of the insurance paperwork for me. Last week I had a package arrive broken, Lisa filed my claim with UPS and got me reimbursed within a few days. I literally did nothing, the employees at A1A Pack & Ship take care of it all! Best customer service anywhere!”

“I ordered a first Christmas tree ornament last November. It never arrived. Today, Feb 28th, I received an email from the West Melbourne Post Office to let me know my package with the ornament was there (it had been shipped to my old address in West Melbourne), they would hold it until Saturday before it would be discarded. I rushed to pick it up and, although I was told that they don't typically email about undeliverable mail, I had the email from Chantel, who told me they would typically dispose of undeliverable mail, but she opened it and saw it was a baby's first Christmas ornament with engraving. She found my email address on the receipt and emailed me. How unbelievably kind and I can't thank her enough for going out of her way to help!”
