Atlantic Pack & Parcel picked up a framed work of art for me from a local auction house. They were extremely patient, answering all my many questions and happily following my wishes for specific packaging. Cost was very reasonable, the package arrived quickly and nothing was damaged (unlike experiences I’ve had with other pack ‘n ship-type places). I’m extremely grateful for their excellent service, ease of communication and payment, and for making it possible for me to purchase items in auctions that are far away from where I live. “Josiah (owner) understands top-notch customer service. I had accidentally packed up an item I shouldn’t have, dropped my package off around 1:30pm and called at 5:40pm. The truck was being loaded and he got on it to find and remove it for me! I was able to retrieve the item and still get the package out. I am very thankful for his quick action and help. The store even offers custom 3D prints (with bulk discounts) that is unique to this UPS store. Thanks everyone!”
