“Loved the outdoor candles I purchased online. They smell fantastic! My order arrived beautifully packaged with a thoughtful handwritten note. Unfortunately, one candle arrived chipped (not their fault!). Customer service was incredible - they promptly sent a replacement with another kind note. Highly recommend!”

We purchased a Polywood bar-height table and two swivel high-top chairs, and the entire experience was excellent from delivery through setup. The team that delivered the furniture was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. They assembled the table, placed everything where we wanted it, and made sure the setup looked right before they left.
What really stood out was the extra service. They noticed our existing white high-top chairs needed some cleaning and, without charging anything extra, scrubbed them with a bleach and Dawn soap solution. They looked brand new afterward. That kind of thoughtfulness makes a huge difference.
We have always enjoyed shopping at Factory Direct Furniture, and this delivery was another reminder of why. Great products, great service, and a team that clearly cares about the customer experience. Highly recommend.”
