The owner's husband waited on us and was very friendly. He also recommended Liza's Kitchen (next door) for lunch. We tried it and it was amazing! I got the Apple and brie sandwich on focaccia and the house made potato salad. My husband got the portobello mushroom sandwich. Everything was excellent! We'll be back next year!”

We purchased a Polywood bar-height table and two swivel high-top chairs, and the entire experience was excellent from delivery through setup. The team that delivered the furniture was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. They assembled the table, placed everything where we wanted it, and made sure the setup looked right before they left.
What really stood out was the extra service. They noticed our existing white high-top chairs needed some cleaning and, without charging anything extra, scrubbed them with a bleach and Dawn soap solution. They looked brand new afterward. That kind of thoughtfulness makes a huge difference.
We have always enjoyed shopping at Factory Direct Furniture, and this delivery was another reminder of why. Great products, great service, and a team that clearly cares about the customer experience. Highly recommend.”
