“Popped in this morning (I’d already set an appointment) got there and a patient was just leaving- so when I logged in I could improve my appointment time.. she called me almost immediately- never even sat down.. went straight back, on a side note I have a fear of needles - she prepped the arm and said there would be a poke barely even noticed..
