The people there were so compassionate, which made me feel I was doing the right thing, although I couldn't stop crying. They understood my grief and treated me with sympathy. “We moved here over a year ago. Of course we lined up a vet before we even moved, cause we have quite the crew. Two Golden’s, a Shih Tzu and three cats. Was used to sitting in a waiting room with exuberant Golden’s, and you know the drill. This is not like that. The reception staff obviously loves animals. Both Dr Hoopers will spend as much time as they need with you. They make sure they have answered all of your questions.We are exceptionally happy that they take care of our crew.”
