“I truly cannot say enough good things about our experience here. From our very first visit, everyone has been absolutely amazing. You can tell that the entire staff genuinely cares about the animals they treat. Every person we interacted with wanted to love on my girl and made both of us feel comfortable and cared for.
One thing I especially appreciated was that I never felt rushed through an appointment or like we were just another patient they needed to get through. At the same time, everything was incredibly efficient. I never felt like I was sitting around waiting forever for our appointment or for the next step in her care.
Having a senior dog can come with a lot of decisions about what care is truly necessary and worthwhile, and I really appreciated how considerate they were about that. I never once felt pressured into spending a ton of money on unnecessary tests or treatments. They explained things, gave recommendations, and made me feel like we were making the best decisions for her.
Most recently, my girl needed surgery, and they took such wonderful care of her. They kept me updated throughout the day so I knew how she was doing, which gave me so much peace of mind. From her regular appointments to her surgery and aftercare, I have felt completely confident that she is in good hands.
Finding a veterinary office where you feel like the staff truly loves your pet almost as much as you do is priceless. I’m incredibly grateful we found them and would recommend them without hesitation.”

It’s very clear how much she genuinely cares about the animals she treats, and she takes the time to explain everything in a way that is easy to understand. Dr. Moore never makes you feel rushed and is always patient with questions and concerns. She makes stressful situations feel a little less overwhelming because you know your pet is in such capable, caring hands. I have so much trust in her judgment and truly appreciate the level of care she provides. I honestly cannot recommend Dr. Moore enough. She is an amazing veterinarian and an even better person!”

“These folks are amazing, we are traveling with our cat Sadie puss, ac broke down and she started to overheat , we were looking for a cooling pad for her and some 12 volt fans.
We were in a panic and found this wonderful vet with an amazing crew. We just wanted a place with ac to cool off us and the puss.
They took her in and iced her down , gave us water . It was just shy of 100 degrees outside. They found a store that had pet cooling pads and sent me on a mission while wife and puss cooled off. They sent us on our way with ice packs wrapped inside pet pad. ... never charged us for the visit or packs or their time. They ARE vets for the pet. Love you ladies , your are an amazing crew

“The people working at this facility are Angels. My baby was in bad shape and it was time to let go. They loved on him till he thought he was a puppy again. Wonderful, kind, caring, compassionate. It was hard but they were amazing. Every. Single. Person. Amazing.”
“Brought our GSD here and we are very happy with the results. He had a terrible ear infection due to his allergies and his ear needed to be irrigated and treated. The doctor and staff were wonderful. They understood that my dog does not allow anyone near his ears or paws. He is the type the of dog that needs to be tranquilized, and they were wonderful about it. After his procedure he is doing much better. Very courteous, skillful and competent practice. We will be using Dr. Henry from now on as his vet.”

“Dr Natalie saved my dog’s life. She identified that his infection was sepsis and sent us to the Vet school hospital in Gainesville. It was antibiotic resistant and he. definitely would have died without their treatment. Love her!”

“Today I took our dog who was 15 years old, had cancer and a failing heart to be euthanized. The staff and the atmosphere really helped in such a sad and stressful situation. I want to thank them for being so kind and gentle to our Jack Russell Pretty.”
