“I went into the store looking for large boxes. When I first entered I was immediately greeted and offered assistance. She provided me directions to where the boxes were located and then when I was halfway there, another woman guided me there since I wasn't sure I was headed in the right direction. As I was browsing for boxes, an employee named Karel approached me with a big smile and offered me a cart to use. It was so thoughtful and a very kind gesture. I did not come into Home Depot expecting that kind of service! Keep it up !”

I brought it in on Friday and he repaired it above & beyond the repair I requested. He called me the next day for pick up. Very friendly and polite service. Highly recommened them.”
