I came in before x-mas looking for a dependable Meat thermometer, I was preparing a expensive cut of prime rib, and needed a good quality meat thermometer, I chose the middle of the range thermometer ( big green egg meter) about 40.00$ ! It was the perfect choice!! Our Standing Rib Roast came out Perfect!!! Thank you Mr.Pollard, You made me an instant kitchen Genius!! I ,myself was so proud of of my ability to pull off the unthinkable! ( a perfect dinner for the family!! I would also like to say that I enjoy this hardware very much! She provided me directions to where the boxes were located and then when I was halfway there, another woman guided me there since I wasn't sure I was headed in the right direction. As I was browsing for boxes, an employee named Karel approached me with a big smile and offered me a cart to use. It was so thoughtful and a very kind gesture.
