We never had to wonder what was happening because we received messages about our progress before we could ask. Workmanship was very good but it was the people that made this experience easy. They stopped making Velosters years ago so I was very worried about parts and color matching. Becky is extremely sweet, personable, and kept me updated every step along the way. They even straightened out my license plate & re-attached accessories that I had dangling from the bumper. They did a great job & I would definitely return!”
