“I was leaving out of town on a road trip and my Jeep needed an oil change. They were able to get me in that day on short notice. They do get very busy so I recommend making an appointment. The owner also told me I had too much pressure in my tires which I was very appreciative of. The Jeep ran better and I will be coming back here for my next oil change as I felt they were very honest.”

“I was taking a business trip from Tallahassee to Fernandina Beach. Because of Spring Break, I was not able to find a local rental so I was lucky and found one in Jacksonville. I rode with a coworker to the rental facility and aside from the traffic in the area that I am NOT used to, the staff was friendly, upgraded my rental at no charge due to the selected vehicle not being ready yet, and it was fast and easy. I may never have to rent from there again (it was a strange circumstance) but am glad the process went well, and though I was hesitant to drive such a large truck, it was a great ride in the end. There is not much room for parking, so be prepared for that.”

“Jax Fiat is actually Jacksonville Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Fiat, and Fiat is obviously the red-haired stepchild in that deal. This is a big dealership, and it's run like a little factory; effectively but somewhat impersonal. I am more in favor of smaller dealerships, but that's my preference and not something I can fault this place for. I will keep going there for as long as I have the Fiat and they keep providing the parts and service. I give them four stars, because to get to the size they are they must be doing something right. I'll keep the fifth star because they are too big for my liking.”

“Ray Adieh is the best. I don't know why there are any bad reviews for this business, but I was 110% satisfied with the assistance he provided with my problem. In April, I was staying in Jacksonville for a couple nights on my way down to Sarasota from Augusta, Georgia. I found out I needed the vehicle I had for two weeks instead of one. I had to extend my rental an extra week which meant changing the drop off from Sarasota airport the next day to Tampa airport a week later. I thought this was going to be a real problem logistically and monetarily until Ray took over. In 5 minutes, he not only printed out my new contract for the extended week, he got me the same price I paid on the original contract with no extra charge for switching drop off locations. I found out from talking to Ray that he had extensive experience in prior employment in the field of "logistics" (perfect for his present position). It was also good to find out he was a Budget Independent Operator which means he had a vested interest in customer satisfaction. Thanks again, Ray.”

“Was having car service done just down the street, was impressed immediately by Hertz when calling around for rates- I was able to speak to this exact location, get pricing, and know what was available. The other options nearby I was stuck searching online or talking to someone in India. They had a lovely woman pick me up since by then I was car-less. When I got there Sasha was friendly, informative, and worked with me on pricing since it would be an unknown weekly rental. When I called with updates everyone was super friendly and easy to extend days. When dropping off it took a matter of minutes and they even dropped everything to drive me to the dealership to pick up my car. Highly recommend.”

“Above and Beyond. I use this location all the time. Since I live at the beach, with everything in walking or biking distance, I sold my car a decade ago. If I need to go more than 10 miles, I rent a car here. So I use them quite often. They are always exceptionally kind and helpful. The 1-star reviews make absolutely no sense to me. I'm in the store often and all I see are smiling faces and happy customers.”
