“I ordered the wrong part online and only realized that when I compared my old speaker with the replacement speaker. Called today 9 June 2025 at around 2 in the afternoon and spoke to Gaz about my situation and told me the correct part is in stock. I stopped by today around 3:30 and spoke to John over at the parts counter and told him my situation as well. Gaz went and notified John about the situation on his part and they both went above and beyond to help me correct my parts order. Despite the limitations over an online order, Gaz and John went around those limitations and presented the correct part to me and left within 30 minutes. Thank you Gaz and John at Arlington Toyota Parts department. Extremely professional and courteous. The part I needed was the front door speaker driver side.
Edit: driver door front speaker is back to sounding crisp. Thank you again Gaz and John for taking care of my problem and letting me leave with the correct part the same day!”

“Jamil is so kind and helped us out when we were given a gross vehicle from the airport. The SUV I was given at the airport was the only large one they had that day and was dirty and smelled like smoke. I called Avis customer service and was told to go to any Avis and switch my vehicle. I went to the nearest one, not realizing it was a small, in hotel location. I told Jamil my story and he tracked me down a different SUV and had it delivered within an hour to his location.
I was so appreciative, especially knowing this was not at all his problem to fix. But he did, and we were able to have a clean, fresh vehicle for the rest of our trip.

They give the best customer service and car service!! Ryan keeps me informed on the happenings of my car for which Elton gives Ryan the information on my car and follows through with the plan. I really appreciate both of them and the way they provide their customers with details concerning their car.

“Can’t say much about Enterprise corporate but we rented a 2026 Mercedes with 10,000 miles from the Orlando airport location. The car was throwing error codes about high oil levels. Was also getting errors about reduced speeds because of mechanical malfunction. I called the Orlando airport branch where I picked the car up and their solution was to drive it back there 2+ hours away and that it I was liable for damages. I stopped by this location since it was close and explained the situation. Catie personally took the car up the street to a shop, had it checked out, fixed the oil situation, and the car has been fine all day. This how customer service used to be and it’s thrilling to see people that still know how to take care of the customer. I recommend this location. A bit frustrating that I was told to drive a car with these kind of warning error 2+ hours and that I was liable for it. Thanks goodness Catie helped us out. Thanks!”
