“Arlington Toyota was by far the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Our sales member, James, was knowledgeable and very considerate when talking with us about the cars are we looking at. He answered all our questions with patience and never made us feel like we were asking to many questions or being annoying in anyway. 10/10 would definitely recommend.”
“Need a rental car unexpectedly while visiting Jacksonville, FL. I was helped by Julia Perry at the Nurseryfields Dr. office. She was helpful and kind. She really made our rental experience an easy one. Her customer service was impeccable. I recommend this office without hesitation.”
“Everyone was welcoming and nice when we first came in. Devon helped us and he was friendly and a pleasure to be around. We got there later in the day to buy a car and he ended up having to stay after hours to help us. He seemed happy to help us with the process the entire time even with staying late. Sorry Devon! But thank you so much too!”
“Can't say enough good words for the location by 95 overpass. Lauren and Katie exemplify that coastal warmth and charm! In a chaotic reason for renting, they were positive with me; showed empathy and kept a smile on my face. Quick service and a super clean ride! 10 out of 10 chefs kiss! Thanks!”
“Kendall was so sweet and helpful! She made everything quick and easy and had such a positive attitude the whole time. She answered all my questions and made sure I understood everything before I left. Customer service like hers is hard to find these days. Thank you, Kendall, for making my experience with Avis so smooth and stress-free!”
“Johnny Leon at the Enterprise in Ponte Vedra Beach is outstanding! His customer service is truly top-tier — professional, kind, and always going above and beyond to help. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in what he does. People like Johnny make all the difference. He should be training others, and honestly, he deserves a raise. Highly recommend this location thanks to him!”
“I had an excellent experience with Avis Car Rental in Ponte Vedra! From start to finish, the process was smooth, fast, and professional. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and ready when I arrived. The staff went above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service and made the entire rental car experience in Ponte Vedra hassle-free.
A special thank you to Wadi for the exceptional service and attention to detail. It’s rare to find a team that is this friendly, knowledgeable, and committed to customer satisfaction.
If you’re looking for a reliable car rental in Ponte Vedra, affordable rental cars, or a professional rental car company near Jacksonville and Ponte Vedra Beach, I highly recommend Avis. I will definitely be returning for my future rental needs! ?⭐”
“This was the best car rental experience I’ve ever had. Fast, friendly, and caring staff. Sam’s counterpart, his name escapes me unfortunately, was the absolute best. He had no idea how rough my day was. He kept me smiling! I highly recommend them!”
“Extremely happy with my purchase, I worked with PD on trading in my GMC AT4 for a 2026 4 Runner off road premium! Thanks to PD this purchase went very very smoothly. PD knows his cars!! I went in with many questions after doing my own research, and he knows his 4Runner that’s so refreshing when a sales rep knows and loves the product they’re selling. I’m sooo happy with the interaction I had the whole time with PD. This is the second purchase I’ve made with Arlington and I look forward to many more…”
“Amazing customer service! The staff went out of their way to help me and made the whole rental process effortless. I’ll absolutely be coming back - highly recommend!”
“I want to give a shout-out to the best team at Jacksonville Chrysler Jeep and Dodge. The best team is Ryan, the service advisor and Elton, the Fiat mechanic!!! They give the best customer service and car service!! Ryan keeps me informed on the happenings of my car for which Elton gives Ryan the information on my car and follows through with the plan. I really appreciate both of them and the way they provide their customers with details concerning their car.
I couldn't be happier with the service they provide for me!!! Thank you guys, Ryan and Elton!!!”

“Professional, friendly and efficient at both locations. Picked up in Jax Beach. Dropped off in Orange City. The folks at the drop off were extra helpful with a ride home. Very kind. Thank you!”
