“I've been to other World Markets before but when we walked in this one it seemed different. The first thing I noticed was the amount of employees that were paying attention and ready to assist me, which is much appreciated especially when you're in a hurry. The store is also laid out well and not overcrowded with too many products, making it more pleasant to shop. We purchased an item we needed that day and when we got home and started assembling it we realized it was missing a part. I called and spoke to the store manager and he went WAY above and beyond to get the part we needed that same day. He was even willing to stay at work past closing on a Friday night to wait for us to get there. We were so impressed with the level of service we received and how kind and generous he was to us. Now we know why it felt different walking in that day to the beaches World Market, his management clearly makes the difference there.”

CEO Bill Barton told analysts the company plans to open about 20 new stores in 2026 and sees a path to more than 500 locations by 2035, roughly two and a half times its current 209-store footprint across 26 states.
