Today I was greeted by every associate and asked if I needed help. It was very refreshing and I got the help I needed as I am so clueless to home improvement. Our Ryobi blower quit blowing so called their customer service and they told me I could bring into a HD, so went to my local one on 3rd st. The manager James went above and beyond as far as customer service/satisfaction. Very pleased with the service and Home Depot has a loyal customer for life.
