“I had to go and find an old school phone charger plug for my 82-year-old mother who had fallen and broken her hip. She needed something to charge her phone and the salesperson who was there literally worked two different customers at the same time without making neither one of us feel put out that he was multitasking. “Tracking so-so, knew the day it was coming but not the time frame period and got a phone call it was here so we waited around a lot of extra time. That being said the delivery guy was amazing. Very helpful went beyond duty. I loaded us to some damage to the box We took some picture that was okay and he took the extra time to place it actually in our garage. Very nice and helpful person made the whole thing a good experience”
