AVOID like the plague! They ask you to give a 5 star review in exchange for an upgrade. They don't have the car ready at the agreed time. Wait time is over an hour claiming they have to "clean the car".

I would give 0/5 if I could.. waited an hour for our car to be cleaned an hour after coming to pick up at reservation time. Dog hair and blood stains all over the back seat. We came back to swap the car and they allowed it.The manager was rude, it’s obvious there is poor management however the girl in the front was kind...
