The Dollar rental counter wasn't open. Sign said to go to the Hertz counter. I found multiple scratches & dents, took pictures and tried to call right away but no one answered the phone. Now I'm being charged for damage I did not do.

Just the overall horrible experience was not given. The rate that I had booked was not given the car that I had booked was overcharged when I took the vehicle out, which I was not aware there was not a full tank of gas, and then I had called and told him about it regardless they had still charge me for it. Just terrible.

Confirmed total charge upon return… later sent an email that my rental price went from $300 to $1140… never was able to reach anyone via phone…
