“I visit this location frequently and have been a member with the bank for 22 years. Mainly through the drive-thru and every associate I ever met have been helpful and nice. However, on this particular visit I had to go inside. I was assisted by a Melia Meuse, who made the visit one of my best. Not only did she recognize me from a previous visit with another member (had to be at least a year ago), but she provided me some of the very best options available to me that I was unaware of. She built a great rapport and made me feel like i was the only customer, even though there was a line. She anticipated my needs before I even had to ask and made every step and process a breeze. She will definitely be my go to for all future financial needs.”
