Bought ship lap boards. While twice as much as Lowe’s or Home Depot, the quality was 100% better. Boards were first rate and gave a superior look when finished.

This was an average experience when I visited.They had the materials I needed, and found something comparable for that which they didn't have on hand.I'd rather come to a place like this than a box box store.
