I am a +Sized woman and everyone made me feel just as important as anyone else! Their customer service and caring spirit is amazing! A shot out to Ms Juliana, the seamstress who made the alterations on my gown ~ she was so excited to meet me in person and help me try on the gown that she worked on. The tears of joy and hugs were the BEST ending to this wonderful experience! Thank you ladies! Xo. Joanne

“My husband had been wanting these super expensive Gucci shoes that were not being produced for YEARS. They finally came out with them and I got them for our 10 year wedding anniversary. A few weeks later he spilled gas on them and they were ruined. It was the end of the world that evening especially finding out they no longer sell them in his size due to being out of stock again, just one month later. He tried fixing them himself and made them worse. In desperation I took them to this shop and they said it would take 2 weeks and they would try their best. I called today, only 1 week later, and they said they ended up dying them. My heart sank thinking what if they were ruined more?? To my surprise they look incredible!! As if they came from the factory this way. The staff here is very helpful and clearly know what they are doing. Will come back here for all my shoe needs. Can’t thank you enough!!!!”

Michael went above and beyond to make sure I left with my order when he could have easily asked me to come back the following day. Thank you Michael!!”

“The atmosphere inside of the store is wonderful, and almost all of the praise of because of the team members. Not only were their attitudes friendly and welcoming, but they were exciting and genuinely enjoyable to converse with. In particular, the person who checked me out— Sonia— was super endearing and just a joy to interact with. Another team member picked out some jeans for me and was just overall helpful and kind, though I cannot remember their name. If you are close and have a chance to stop by, I cannot recommend this Buckle location enough!”

Give my baby a raise. This place is the best place to go for your kids for back to school. They always have great selections and a good sale going. I'm a country woman so I was shocked to see how many cowgirl boots they have and even have some cute heels too. Everything from kids to men this is the place you want to be.”

“I never got good service at these places. My son ask me for real Jordan's for his birthday. I was referred buy a coworker. When we got to the store a lady asked me how can I help you. I replied with I need some Jordan's the old school. She pointed to the clearance rack. The shoes my son wanted they didn't have it in his size. My son pointed to a shoe and the lady said they just came out. With the special attention the lady gave us my husband said give him the shoes. I never paid 210.00 for a pair of shoes in my life. My son was shocked and happy. The lady made the purchase very special. His daddy later that day ask what does the 23 mean. He replied that I was born October 23rd”

Staff is friendly, walked in and management was giving praise to an employee about an outstanding review by a customer, which I'm happy to see.
Quite a few of the shelves were empty but I suppose it's somewhat understandable since it is the onset of summer.
No major complaints here it's like the Publix/Target of sporting goods.”
