“I recently found my dress at Vow’d and had a great experience! My stylist Alyssa was very helpful and she made me feel comfortable, confident, and beautiful in every dress I tried. My first time going was on a weekend, and I will say it was pretty chaotic in the store and a little stressful trying on all the dresses under a time constraint. Because of this, I highly recommend going on a weekday if you can as it is soo much better and you will feel more calm. Overall, vow’d has a lot of beautiful, affordable dresses and I recommend going in with an open mind to try on various styles!

“I have avoided getting Redwing boots for years, thinking they are over priced. I was wrong. I never review a business with a purchase incomplete, but I was overwhelmed by the wonderful customer service experience I had at this location on my first visit. The store was fairly busy when I arrived, but sales associate Savannah (I hope I am spelling it right) managed to assist me and another customer at the same time while making me feel like I was the center of her attention. Her knowledge of the boots was phenomenal, and has ordered boots for me from various locations to try at a later date. She knew which boots were made using the same lasts as the ones I was looking for to check fit, and genuinely made me, who hates clothes shopping, comfortable with the process and willing to take the time to get the best fit. I actually visited a few bridal boutiques closer to where I live, but none of them compared to the experience I had with Charlie. “I can't even begin to express how amazing my shopping experience at Buckle was today. I was looking for a very specific look for an outing, and Buckle delievered. However, i just expected to walk in, maybe buy some things, and walk out. Little did i know, the shopping trip would become more than just about buying clothes for me.

(A small backstory)
As a mom of two, military wife and nurse, I have a hard time shopping for myself and/or spending money on myself in the last decade. I gained weight, covered my body when i wasn't in scrubs, and just felt not myself, despite decades of being athletic and in shape. Needless to say shopping for clothes had become a not-so-fun experience for me.

But this past year, with the support of my friends and family, I decided enough was enough and took control of my life again. I made life changes, and lost almost 80lbs. So, of course I needed clothes to fit my body again. I knew Buckle at the Avenues Mall provided a style I was looking for, so I gave them a try.

I walked in and was immediately greeted by Maxine and Brandon, both of which would end up tending to my shopping needs throughout my entire time in the store. They both helped me pick out shirts, pants, shorts, boots, accessories and even helped me figure out my size, cause I certainly had no clue. Like my own personal fashion and hype team, they stood by very closely and attentively as I tried on outfit after outfit...cheering me on and boosting me up. The confidence boosting and support was unmatched, and it was genuine and sincere. There wasn't a doubt in my mind that they truly care about their customers and their needs, specifically mine. I walked out of the store with two bags worth of great quality clothes, a pair of new boots and one excellent shopping experience. I also left feeling confident, beautiful and proud.

“I liked the selection here. I was able to find a few things I liked. Organization of the dress racks could be better but it was manageable. The lady responsible for the dressing rooms gave off bad vibes, like she didn’t want to be there or even say hello to people. I’m very polite and greet others and I have previous experience in customer service. She needs training on etiquette regarding the energy she puts out to customers, but otherwise seems to do her job well. The cashier who serviced me was lovely. Will return.”

“I was here last night, and the man behind the counter was super helpful and nice. He especially took time out of his night to offer my kid a sticker, and let her pick out what she liked. Took the tags off her new shoes so she could wear them out. Then, to top it all, I left my bag behind and tried to get back before they closed and completely failed.. ran to the other store, it was closed and two people were leaving after locking up and they had his number and called him and he CAME BACK IN to unlock the gate and get my bag. He did not have to, by any means, but he did. I am so grateful and the experience with this location was very nice. I thank you, please let your workers know how much it meant to me.
