5-stars…I’m a renter and I think the office and maintenance team are doing a good job. If I had to recommend anyone moving I would tell them to move to Cape House. Traci is a good manager that has helped me and the rest of the staff is good. I have no affiliation with the company, I am a renter.

The thermostat to our AC was having issues and Deandre dropped by and fixed it within minutes. Deandre is always very professional and thorough. Great service!
