The staff is great, with leasing agents described as very knowledgeable, easy to work with, thorough, and informative. The maintenance team is exceptional, reliable, and professional, responding quickly to service requests. Residents love the apartment complex and would definitely recommend it.
Beyond thankful for the people here. Especially Tanner. I have an elderly dog and he makes sure the pet stations are always clean! He stops and talks to me and he genuinely cares and asks about my day. He remembered my granddaughters name and that she loves mangos.

This is the best apartment complex on Kernan. The location is perfect for shopping or just heading to the beach. There are tons of restaurants close by!
