“I have to say this is by FAR the best experience I’ve had. My sister and I recently came in here about a week ago, I’ve had some weight loss and was feeling pretty discouraged, I couldn’t find the shorts, or anything “younger styled” and a blonde women with blue eyes I think her name was Ravyne? I could be spelling it wrong… she turned my whole day around! I guess we looked lost and she had asked if they’re was anything she could do to help and I had explained to her what exactly I was looking for ( a New York trip outfits) and she literally went out of her way to help me find the perfect outfits!! She was very professional, and uplifting even helped me stopped crying from being so overwhelmed ( I couldn’t find anything at first) I WILL be going back to this location every time and I pray she’ll be there!”

“Ever since discovering The Children’s Place in Orange Park, I’ve made it my go-to store— whether shopping in person or shipping orders to the store. All the clothes I purchase are for my granddaughter, who is now school-age. She grows so quickly that I’m constantly trying to keep up with her wardrobe.
I want to recognize three outstanding ladies: Cassandra Robinson, Manager; Callie Bell, Assistant Manager; and Whitney, Store Associate. Each of them consistently represents the store at the highest level. They are the perfect example of employees who truly understand what excellent customer service means.
They are never too busy to return calls when messages are left. They are polite, friendly, professional, and’s incredibly hardworking. Their dedication deserves genuine KUDOS from their leadership team.
Of course, there are other team members whose names I may not know, but they, too, demonstrate professionalism and exceptional customer service. Hurrah to them as well.”

“Ms. Courtney helped me check out today. I had a lot of items and she carefully bagged everything and we had a really nice conversation as well. When I was about to leave the store, I thought I was charged twice for something and I asked customer service to double check. It seems I wasn't, but I was all over the place. Ms. Courtney was kind, courteous and very patient.”
