I wanted to give many thanks for Catherine Sauey - I bought a very nice luxury Cadillac and there was one major issue no one could figure out. I do believe she went WAY beyond what I was expecting to get this issue fixed. She should be employee of the month, or year and not sure why she's not in management.....
