I just left the store to try and get a heating pad that was no longer working exchanged for one that will and was denied even though i have the receipt due to it being bought online, never had this issue before but was immediately denied. I thought cvs had a 60 day return policy

Came in for a prescription. Pharmacy was not helpful. Customer service was poor including other employees. They don’t know how to talk to you.
