“I don't know what the store looked like before I moved to Jacksonville and was blessed on Sept 6 2023 to be a part of the Family Dollar Team which the past look doesn't' matter to me because all I can see and get to work with and around is the amazing manager "Mase" and his team who I have watched and is still watching work above and beyond to make sure he keeps the store clean, organized, and looking good at all times which is also what he trains his employees to do as well and I love it and the store and wouldn't want to be moved for anything but I will gladly go and lend a helping hand to the other Family Dollar stores who are in need of some help but not moved.”

“I went to this Dollar Tree for the first time yesterday. This is, by far, the cleanest and most organized Dollar Tree I have ever visited. Even the air smelled clean, without the nasty cleaning chemicals saturating everything. Everyone walking through the store was commenting on just how good the store looked and smelled. Believe me, this is not something that usually happens, even in an upscale store. This will be the Dollar Tree that I use from this point forward. Whoever is in charge of this store deserves a big raise. AAAAA+++++”
“The 5 Stars are for these Product This is a must have for naturally kinky curly hair textures and for Locs... The shampoo is amazing & cleanses the hair beautifully. The conditioner is great also, really love the subtle chocolate scent & both smell really nice ? $4-5 a bottle is a great deal and for the size, You cannot beat that And IT WORKS. Hair is softer and more manageable ? African Pride also has an oil that is good ??The Store:( 3 Stars )7 out of 10xs I can find what I need and the selections are pretty good & Prices are affordable.But Sometimes the smell is very off putting when walking in the store and Sometime employees are on their phones while assisting customers at check out.However, There is one gentleman there who has been there for a good while and he is ALWAYS polite and helpful. I don't know his name, But he's a tall Black Man, wears glasses and has good customer service.Self Check Out:3 StarsVery convenient; until you're purchasing cold medicines and or alcohol, etc & that's understandable. “I am great with the manager that ran me out for customer service but there is still a very critical and crucial problem in an employee not by the name of Miss Tee. She has a very ugly attitude and was very rude to my special needs patients that I was pushing down the aisle she was slamming all the cards together as me and the child walk by she did not move she did not stay oh I'm sorry she did not stop slamming the carts all together when we came by.”

“I don't normally shop at this $tree. However, It was a pleasant surprise to find it fully stock, neat and clean. My clerk, Kory was excellent at his job ??. I will visit this store again.The only con, was a freezer was down for maintenance so I'm not sure if that would affect other shoppers. I wasn't shopping for frozen foods so it wasn't a problem for me.”

It's in a strip mall, so the store is a little smaller than the stand-alone stores.The store was well stocked and clean and the service fast and friendly. I've always been able to find what I was looking to purchase. And the prices are not bad. The shopping center is conveniently located. And they've already started stocking Christmas gifts and decorations. Stop by for your everyday household needs.”

“Oh how I love Dollar Tree. The prices are great(lol). I have a bad addiction to some gum that Dollars Tree sales. It"s call Canals. The package come with grape, banana ?,cherry ? and lime flavors. Another package has spearmint, pink, white and cinnamon. This cost is $1 of course and I stack up like a fool.”

“I went into the dollar store yesterday and was immediately greeted by GiGi. She was checking people out at the register and greeting those coming into the store. I was so impressed with her friendly personality! When I checked out she was just as friendly asking how I was doing, etc just as she had with the customers before me.
