“I paid $65 for my screen protector a year ago and the salesman said I’d never have to buy another one because if anything happened a replacement would be free. I went to get a new one because mine indeed hit several cracks. My 14 Plus is considered out of date and no screensavers available unless I order online. Then I could bring it back to the store and they’ll install….but there would be a $5 fee to do that! Totally unacceptable. After 20+ years with Verizon I may consider parting ways.”

I believe her name was Ms. Evelyn, she was so sweet, kind, and beyond helpful. “The following is a very true story that took place about three weeks ago. This is going to be a very long review but it's worth reading because I want everyone to know the truth and how well Joe Brown and the staff at PC Liquidations took care of me.First of all!! Fantastic service is all I can say. PC Liquidations is a great place to purchase a very good refurbished computer.If you get a chance to ask for Joe Brown then do it because he's not only a great customer service tech but he also works as a sales representative and works alongside the software and IT department. He's very understanding, exercises great patience and is and always will be willing to go out of his way for you NO MATTER WHAT!!!!I had a desktop computer for about 9 years that just simply started to slow down and couldn't update it with windows 10 let alone windows 11. It just stopped working and it was time to purchase a new desktop.After searching for several hours and reading endless reviews I settled on PC Liquidations because their reviews seemed to be the most simple and honest reviews. I picked a desktop computer with the exact specs that I wanted. I knew exactly what I wanted.After about 20 minutes, that's right just 20 minutes of my desktop being up and running it shut down. That's right! believe it or not I had received what's called the "Blue Screen of Death". I thought nothing of it but then it happened seven more times and got even worse because then it wouldn't stay on for more than 10 minutes at a time.I emailed tech support to start a support tech ticket. I was very very disappointed, upset and very frustrated because this meant that I was going to loose about a weeks worth of work and money.Then very early the next day Joe Brown had called and left me a massage trying to reach out to me. I was very emotional about the whole thing because I was loosing time and money and couldn't believe my luck.Joe just sat there politely and patiently listening to my frustrations. I wasn't ever once rude to him or anyone at all. No one deserves that.Joe Brown offered a free return label along with a full refund or to spec out another desktop with the exact specifications that I require and ship it to me for free!!! I kid you not!!!He stayed in touch with me throughout the day regarding how the desktop was coming along but then informed me that they wanted to keep it in the testing department throughout the weekend so that they can benchmark test the desktop.The point and moral of the story is that not only Joe Brown but all those involved even all the way to the top of the chain went out of their way to help me with my desktop problems and provide very good out of their way customer service and constant communication. Not only that but they executed and resolved any and all problems right away and then constantly tested my new flawless and ultra fast desktop computer.Thank you Joe Brown and PC Liquidations for all that you have done.I will leave you all out there with this!!If this happens to you or anything similar to this just try to exercise patience and try to be polite to customer service because there's no need to be rude. It's usually customers that are rude.I know I had to go through all these frustrations but I am now a new customer and I have an account with them. PC Liquidations is indeed very reliable with very good working products and very good customer service.If you can't find what you're looking for then just call them like I did, be honest with them and let them know what you looking for and they will spec it out and test it for you.Thank you Joe Brown and the staff at PC Liquidations!!I love you guys man! you really came through thanks! and thanks to all of you who took the time to read this long review.”

“I just picked up my 1998 bay craft flats edition from Bear boats and fiberglass repair, I highly recommend Nick and his team. On my boat I just bought it had some bare fiberglass on the keel and and the trailer had an issue, I called Nick and brought my boat by for him to look at it, he told me the work that needed to be done. I told him my budget and not only did he work with me I told him I had a tournament I wanted to fish this weekend and he was able to get the job knocked out! I will definitely be back for any other work I need done and highly recommend to anyone that needs anything done! Tell him John Rando sent you!”

I had issues with 2 car amps and the diagnosed both in a timely manner and kept me in the loop about what the issues were . 1 of the amps I took to a car audio shop and they told me it was bad but the electronic service squad found it to be in working order with no issues. Turned out it was my bass knob and had nothing to do with my amp.they were very honest and very helpful. I will definitely be taking all my electronics to these guys in the future and will be recommending them to everyone I know. They took time to hook my amp up and show me that it was in working condition even though they were busy. So if you have anything that needs repairs trust e.s.s to take care of it and not rip you off...very price friendly and very knowledgeable.”

“Target is wonderful we all know, but what makes this location so special? For me, it’s the way they handled the Onyx Storm book release yesterday, 1/21. Us fans were lined up at 6 am in 40 degree weather to get a chance at a book at 8 am. When the time came, a Target associate escorted the line of 40+ people inside to guest services where all of the books were being held for fast & easy checkout. We did not have to race each other to the back of the store or fight over purchase. The employees made sure we stayed in our line and MOST IMPORTANTLY: they limited purchase to one book per customer. These were special edition releases, so even though I was guaranteed a book near the front of the line, I can’t imagine how the people in the back would have felt seeing customers walk out with 5+ special edition runs (likely to be scalped online). Especially since lots of people at the front were buzzing about buying multiple, some even 3+ copies, despite already having the book at home from midnight release or expecting copies to arrive in the mail that day. Great job Target, for aligning with book lovers instead of amateur-entrepreneurs!!

I can’t speak for the online system that day, but book releases aren’t meant for online purchase. That would be called a pre order, which specifically was not available through Target (as it shouldn't have been). Anyone who was upset about that is just mad that their “hack” to be first from the comfort of their bed did not work out lol.”
