Their Jacksonville store location at 8221 Southside Blvd provides excellent customer service and knowledgeable staff. The store employees - including Kayla, Jenni, Analeigh, and the store manager - were described as amazing, funny, polite, and very knowledgeable about the products and services. They went above and beyond to help customers, accommodating all their needs and taking the Cricket experience to another level. One customer was incredibly pleased with the service, stating the employees were friendly, professional, patient, and kind. The manager in particular was praised as a fantastic asset to the Cricket team - smart, good-looking, professional, and very customer-oriented. Another customer had some issues with an old phone, but the staff was able to resolve the problems smoothly and efficiently. Customers feel this is a great location to do business with Cricket and plan to return and refer their friends.

Lizbett was the best. I went to the university blvd store and they was no help at all, then went to the southside blvd location were lizbett was very helpful and got my phone to work after 3 days of giving me the runaround.
