“Best T-Mobile store in the area! I had a very unfortunate situation where my phone got locked, and the first store I went to on wells road did not help, and customer service could not. Luckily I went here where I was greeted by Ness, and Chase. As soon as I explained the situation to Ness she got straight to work. She assured me she would find a resolution. In less than 10 minutes she fixed the problem, as where I wasted 2-3 hours between the first store and customer service. I recieved beyond amazing customer service from both Ness, and Chase. Thanks so much for talks help!”

“They fixed and replaced my cracked phone screen. Thirty minutes for the repair and about fifteen minutes for the glue to set. If you're in a hurry, ask for the tape not the clamps. They also have phone cases of every variety.”

This time around i got to work with Yari to add a line, she created such an awesome atmosphere in her store, she is professional and fun to work with all in one.
