FleetPride in Jacksonville offers excellent service and great customer service. They are always helpful and will do all within their power to get you the part you need, guiding you in the right direction if necessary. The staff is knowledgeable and will go the extra mile to help. They have a very good place with a large inventory of heavy duty truck and trailer parts. If an item has a defect, they replace it immediately without problems. Many find they have better prices than most, making them a reliable first stop.
Cool fellas at fleetpride and they usually have reasonable prices. Bench bar was less than $20. Pilot wanted $50.

Always good service at the parts department. Not really impressed with the service department on Beaver. They once charged me $1000 for a new light switch on the dash, but still had light issues. Not a good experience.
