“I have never gone to Strike Zone and not found what I needed. They have endless fishing gear and a great setup. If you want cheap go online, if you want to support a great local company go to Strike Zone. I always want to feel a rod or reel in my hand. I want to touch lures or boat supplies. I want to know that Penn, Daiwa and Shimano think enough of this store to drop by and visit. I know when I buy a $200 reel, it is not a fake. It is the real thing and if it fails in warranty I can bring it back to Strike Zone. We need this store in this area. Quit the EZ online shopping and keep local companies up and running.”

“Came in with a 30-06 with a seized up bolt, I had spent 4 hours trying to get the rifle to release the bolt the night before. The guys here walked over took a look at it didn't waste anytime and slapped it and got it functioning....
They fonzzed my rifle. And I appreciate it. I will be recommending this place from now on. Only issue dude didn't say ayyyyye after.”

“I can’t really speak on their customer service on buying a gun because I don’t buy guns from them. I usually go to guns.com to get all my guns. Just because I have a close relationship with my FFL. But I do go to them for my suppressor needs And for my accessory needs. And I’m not gonna lie when it comes to purchasing suppressor? shooters is the best in Jax.. greatest experience you’ll ever have.. Other companies they just make you go to a booth shooters actually sits with you throughout the whole process. Take your picture. Talk to you and answer all of your questions… I guess some people complain about the wait times But at the same time, you have to realize they’re trying to give everyone a great experience. They’re not gonna half ass the experience just so they can hurry up and help you out. I will always come to them to buy my suppressors, and I will always come to them to buy my accessories.. It’s the gun business. People aren’t gonna be acting like the greatest customer service Princess.. I refuse to go anywhere anywhere else to purchase my suppressor”

“As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Wanda who was more than helpful. I told her my situation and how I drove 1 1/2 hours to get there. She kept the door open for me after hours called the gunsmith Kelsey which she came back to help me out after find out my issue. She was more than knowledgeable, a true master at work. She took her time and took my gun apart in ways I didn’t even know my gun could be taken apart. She took her time and went beyond expectations. She fixed my gun right away and got me back on the road to finish out my duck season. They treat their clients with great respect and I will for sure come back.
