“I came in looking for wide tennis shoes as I’ve been having a hard time fitting a good fit and was blown away by the amazing customer service I received from Juan and Matthew! They clearly communicated their knowledge of what shoes would be best and didn’t hesitate going back and forth to get multiple boxes as my foot tends to run in between shoe sizes. They were pleasant, making sure I didn’t feel rushed though they were closing soon and made my experience overall the best! You both deserve a raise! “It's nice to just see a place where indoor games and pool tables are presented in an awesome display and the best spot to take pool cues that aren't in playing condition. They can make old cues look and feel like new with a little service.”

Two employees truly stood out… Paige and Talia. Their level of customer service was exceptional from start to finish. They were welcoming, attentive, patient, and genuinely engaged throughout the entire shopping experience. They took the time to answer questions, help me find exactly what I needed, placed an order for what they did not have available in the store and never made me feel rushed… Even through my mind changing!
In a time when great customer service can be hard to find, these two reminded me just how much a positive attitude and genuine care can make a difference. They are an incredible asset to this store, and I hope their hard work and professionalism are recognized.

“If you want something for your game room, check this place out! They have pool tables, air hockey tables, shuffle boards, even one with bowling pins, arcade games, like the ones you used to play at the arcade, pool table lights, stands, tables, seats, pinball games, i mean everything! This place is huge! ? It's game room heaven!! The selection is phenomenal! They also have card tables, pictures, and a cool jukebox!! You can play the pin ball machines, they have 3! So much fun!! The prices are great also!! We purchased an 8 foot American Heritage Camden pool table with beautiful pockets, we got the pockets that are on the floor model, not the standard ones that come with the table, a 50-inch Tiffany pool table light, and an arcade that plays 60 games with a retro Ms pac man logo!! Under 10k!! We picked up the pool table light so we could set it up before the pool table arrived. Elaine was extremely helpful!! She showed us everything we purchased, and we were blown away!! We are so very excited about the delivery in a few weeks!!”

“Krissa was very helpful with an exchange I was doing on some shoes. She was able to find the transaction to help me know how I can do the exchange. Another associate in the store helping with the transaction was not quite as kind as she was saying my account had multiple exchanges and returns. Seeing as I have a big family who often buys holiday gifts for many children, siblings, sometimes shoes do not fit and exchanges and returns are necessary to get what fits right. The associate seemed visibly frustrated at the account history as far as the exchanges and returns go. Being a manager at a customer service business myself, I would say Krissa handled this interaction much better than her associate. Businesses and their employees should be happy to help a customer get exactly what they need. The additional frustrated commentary about the account history was not needed. I was thankful Krissa helped me with my purchase today, and am giving Krissa 5 stars, but just wanted to share this interaction I had with the other associate. Thank you, Krissa!”
