They are very friendly and helpful and let you demo rackets for free - Patrick gave me some great advice on rackets to try and gave me an extension on some demos over Thanksgiving. When I bought a racket from them they matched online prices, strung it for free and also threw in a pack of free overgrips. Can't recommend them enough!”

“Yesterday I went in to look for boots, found a pair that I wanted and realized there was a stain (ended up being glue) on them. Told the manager, Paige, about it. I asked her if maybe they had a wet cloth to see if it would come off, that would be great! It was the last pair so I couldn't just swap. She took her time to try to clean them as best she could, spent about 25 mins doing so and even gave me a discount for the trouble! She was amazing and is definitely manager material! Not just because she tried to clean the boot, her customer service is excellent! Please recognize her!”

“If you want something for your game room, check this place out! They have pool tables, air hockey tables, shuffle boards, even one with bowling pins, arcade games, like the ones you used to play at the arcade, pool table lights, stands, tables, seats, pinball games, i mean everything! This place is huge! ? It's game room heaven!! The selection is phenomenal! They also have card tables, pictures, and a cool jukebox!! You can play the pin ball machines, they have 3! So much fun!! The prices are great also!! We purchased an 8 foot American Heritage Camden pool table with beautiful pockets, we got the pockets that are on the floor model, not the standard ones that come with the table, a 50-inch Tiffany pool table light, and an arcade that plays 60 games with a retro Ms pac man logo!! Under 10k!! We picked up the pool table light so we could set it up before the pool table arrived. Elaine was extremely helpful!! She showed us everything we purchased, and we were blown away!! We are so very excited about the delivery in a few weeks!!”

“I don’t think I’ve been in American Eagle since middle school but I really really wanted to get the tsitp sweater I saw on TikTok. I knew it was kind of a long shot because they’ve been out for a couple of weeks now. When I got there I was sad to see they were all gone but there was one still on the mannequin! The employees were kind enough to get on a ladder and check the size! That one was unfortunately too small but they were able to get the item number and look it up in there system and we were able to find one that would fit. We got it ordered for shipping and they were even able to get a coupon for me! I feel like the world has been in such a kindness drought lately but the employees being willing to go above and beyond has truly made my week! Thank you all so so much!!!!!!”
