“I’ve always had a good experiences here. The staff is knowledgeable, the prices are reasonable, the selection is good and the service is top notch. They also sponsor many of the races around town and have a running club. They are by far the best in Jacksonville, it’s not worth it to go anywhere else for your running needs.”

“I came in looking for wide tennis shoes as I’ve been having a hard time fitting a good fit and was blown away by the amazing customer service I received from Juan and Matthew! They clearly communicated their knowledge of what shoes would be best and didn’t hesitate going back and forth to get multiple boxes as my foot tends to run in between shoe sizes. They were pleasant, making sure I didn’t feel rushed though they were closing soon and made my experience overall the best! You both deserve a raise! I’ll forever come back here for all my tennis gear, thank you guys!!”

“Paul recently helped me with the purchase of a five wood and a putter. …but I also got a free putting lesson out of it. He watched me putt and helped me choose a proper putter…..and also gave me a few tips on alignment, stance, and grip. If you’re shopping and Paul is available, you won’t go wrong asking him for assistance.”

“Palm Beach autographs at the Avenues Mall in Jacksonville is a great sports memorabilia store! The product selection is terrific. And the staff is really friendly and courteous. I’d especially like to complement Matt. He stayed late one evening so that I could make it in from work to purchase a Jaguars product that was on sale. On an earlier occasion, I pulled an autographed Dwight Gooden New York Mets jersey from a mystery box. The owner noticed that I was wearing a New York Yankees hat and asked if I wanted to exchange the Mets jersey for a Gooden Yankees jersey. He went out of his way to get me the Yankees jersey! Great customer service! I’d highly recommend visiting this store if you enjoy collecting sports memorabilia. You’ll be very happy that you did.”

“We had such a wonderful experience with the owners! They were incredibly kind, helpful, and went above and beyond to help us when we really needed it. Our boat was taking on water and was at risk of sinking, and they came to our rescue by providing us with a bilge pump that helped save our boat. They were genuinely caring and generous with their time, and we truly appreciate everything they did for us. It’s not every day you come across people who are willing to step up and help others as they did. We are extremely grateful and would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you so much for being such wonderful people! From Brayden”

“It is very rare that I take the time to write reviews, but my recent visit to the St. John’s Town Center Famous Footwear absolutely deserves one. Two employees truly stood out… Paige and Talia. Their level of customer service was exceptional from start to finish. They were welcoming, attentive, patient, and genuinely engaged throughout the entire shopping experience. They took the time to answer questions, help me find exactly what I needed, placed an order for what they did not have available in the store and never made me feel rushed… Even through my mind changing! In a time when great customer service can be hard to find, these two reminded me just how much a positive attitude and genuine care can make a difference. They are an incredible asset to this store, and I hope their hard work and professionalism are recognized. Thank you, Paige and Talia, for making what could have been an ordinary shopping trip such a pleasant experience. I will definitely be back because of the outstanding service! While I had visited another location that same day, I will drive to visit this specific location in the future!”

“If you want something for your game room, check this place out! They have pool tables, air hockey tables, shuffle boards, even one with bowling pins, arcade games, like the ones you used to play at the arcade, pool table lights, stands, tables, seats, pinball games, i mean everything! This place is huge! ? It's game room heaven!! The selection is phenomenal! They also have card tables, pictures, and a cool jukebox!! You can play the pin ball machines, they have 3! So much fun!! The prices are great also!! We purchased an 8 foot American Heritage Camden pool table with beautiful pockets, we got the pockets that are on the floor model, not the standard ones that come with the table, a 50-inch Tiffany pool table light, and an arcade that plays 60 games with a retro Ms pac man logo!! Under 10k!! We picked up the pool table light so we could set it up before the pool table arrived. Elaine was extremely helpful!! She showed us everything we purchased, and we were blown away!! We are so very excited about the delivery in a few weeks!!”

“I don’t think I’ve been in American Eagle since middle school but I really really wanted to get the tsitp sweater I saw on TikTok. I knew it was kind of a long shot because they’ve been out for a couple of weeks now. When I got there I was sad to see they were all gone but there was one still on the mannequin! The employees were kind enough to get on a ladder and check the size! That one was unfortunately too small but they were able to get the item number and look it up in there system and we were able to find one that would fit. We got it ordered for shipping and they were even able to get a coupon for me! I feel like the world has been in such a kindness drought lately but the employees being willing to go above and beyond has truly made my week! Thank you all so so much!!!!!!”
