About Hertz Car Rental - Jacksonville - Jacksonville International Airport (JAX)
Hertz Car Rental at Jacksonville International Airport (JAX) offers a variety of vehicles, including luxury cars, SUVs, sports cars, trucks, and vans. Customers have highlighted the convenience of online booking and the availability of a free app for rentals. While many appreciate the seamless pickup and drop-off process, some reviews point out issues with charges, particularly regarding fuel fees, even when cars were returned full.
The staff is frequently described as professional, friendly, and efficient, contributing to a positive rental experience. However, there are mentions of slow service during busy times and limited options for choosing specific vehicles. Gold and President Circle members may face difficulties if their reservations are not made directly through Hertz, as they might be directed to the general line.
Overall, while there are mixed experiences regarding car selection and pricing, many customers appreciate the well-maintained vehicles and outstanding service, with some stating they look forward to renting again in the future. This location is recommended for those seeking a reliable car rental experience at JAX.
