“St. John's Jewelry is great. I purchased my fiance's engagement ring and our wedding bands from them. I've had 5 interactions with them over the last couple of months and each time I went into the shop for the purchase and sizing of the ring or picking up the ring; it was like visiting friends. Sonja and Adrian are friendly, and have great customer service. I was just in there today to pick up my fiance's wedding band after they resized it. We talked for a bit and they educated me on how to best care for the diamond and rose gold ring. As I was leaving, another customer came in and they greeted him by name. It was clear they were friendly. It's so nice to have a friendly, neighborhood jewelry store in beautiful Ortega.
One thing I really appreciated: they helped me out big time when my fiance's wedding band came back a half size too big. The wrong size was ordered by mistake, and they took responsibility and made it right without charging me a dime. The best part is they did it so fast. They got it shipped out to be resized and back in a week's time. Now my fiance will have her engagement ring back in time for our annual Christmas party.”

“44 years ago, I purchased a men’s wedding band from Harby for our upcoming wedding.This year, unfortunately, my husband lost the ring. I contacted Harby Jewelers and Hugh Looked up our records and found the style in size of the ring.I surprised my husband with it on our 44th wedding anniversary, With a new engraving on it (in celebration of our 44th anniversary).It was a wonderful experience again! Everything was taken care of, and perfectly arrived in time for our anniversary.”
