“Fantastic experience! Took my original diamond in with a gold band with a design that I had in mind to be worn on my right finger. He saw my vision and it turned out better than I ever imagined!! Started out first at a jeweler that wanted to charge me an astronomical amount and take around a month to be completed. It was done in 2 weeks time at a fraction of the $$$❤💍 They are extremely professional, trustworthy and will continue to do any custom work with them. Absolutely love it!!!! . Thank you so much!”

“Wayne is always great energy whenever I stop in. My diamond came completely out of my ring twice and had to be sent in for repair. The second time Wayne helped me and included a detailed note stating it was the second time and asked that they be sure to properly secure it. When I went back in to pick my ring up I could instantly tell the prongs looked way more secure and my ring looked great! Thanks Wayne! :)”

“I want to recognize Cheryl Walker for the exceptional customer service she provided. I had been experiencing ongoing issues with a necklace that required multiple repairs, and I was becoming frustrated with the entire situation. Cheryl remained calm, patient, and genuinely empathetic throughout the process. She was the first employee who truly went above and beyond to make me feel heard and valued. Instead of treating me like just another customer, she took the time to listen, explain my options, and make sure my concerns were addressed. Her professionalism and kindness completely changed what had been a very disappointing experience. I’ve been purchasing jewelry from this store for over eight years and have invested a significant amount over that time. To be honest, this is the first time I truly felt like a valued customer. Cheryl’s dedication and outstanding customer service restored my confidence in continuing to shop here. Thank you, Cheryl, for turning a frustrating experience into a positive one. Your patience, compassion, and commitment to your customers are truly appreciated.”

She finally found the RIGHT one for me!!! I'm so excited now. It's only a matter of time and I will be back to purchase another one. Please don't be afraid, just come on in and you will see for yourself. Brandi is the BEST!!”

“I took my daughter to get her ears pierced a few days ago at this location and Johna did them. She was young but did a great job! My daughter was very scared but she made sure she felt better. In the end my daughter loved them and walked out better than she walked in. I’m asking for her again when my other daughter’s old enough to get hers done.”

“I took my 4 year old to get her ears done just like my mom did when I was 4... mall visit and all. It was a special occasion and it was flawless! My girl is even bragging how it didn't hurt and flexes her little muscles... she's exaggerating a little because she did tear up for a second but no real crying. She did great! They got both ears at the same time gave her a sticker and a lilly... she was SOLID!We are out of ears to pierce but if we needed another we would be back!”
