Friendly staff go out of your way to help, have great experience in person and over the phone. The sales staff are considerate and patient, super friendly and helped with a return or an issue. Petite women fits perfect, no more tailoring needed, and you know your size. May be going back to brick morter forever and will definitely shop again.
