LOFT has a clean modern store with a thoughtful layout and a wide range of sizes and different fits. The high‑quality clothes are at a reasonable price and always have sales and promos. Friendly staff go out of your way to help, have great experience in person and over the phone. The sales staff are considerate and patient, super friendly and helped with a return or an issue. Petite women fits perfect, no more tailoring needed, and you know your size. May be going back to brick morter forever and will definitely shop again.
Had the best experience ever at this location! LaJune was so amazing and kind. She helped me pick out the best outfits for vacation! Debbie was also very helpful! Can’t wait to come back!
