Super friendly people. Car was clean and well maintained. Only downfall was the wait in line to get the car...took over 45 minutes to get to the counter.Drop off was simple

Staff at midnight was great. Polite, fast, respectful. However we reserved a compact car and got a DODGE RAM 1500. Very difficult to park in St Augustine.
