Long time user of Publix pharmacy. Incredibly efficient, personable and the ability to have developed a relationship with staff and managers for the past 5-10 years is a godsend. That stability is rare in a chain as any cvs/Walgreen’s user may attest.

I’m not going to give it a low rating on one experience but it definitely wasn’t a pleasure dealing with Melissa at customer service who tried to pawn me to someone else only for them to have a customer. No good morning, hi, thank you or anything. It’s 9:47 lady, this day is too young to be in a mood
