My experience was better than anticipated. Worked with Ian who was awesome. Do not order parts from here. They never answer the phone and will leave you on hold for an hour if they do pick up. ETA time was off by a week

I went to Southside Kia to look for a used vehicle. Maybe a year old. To my disappointment, they brought out a KIA SOUL that was wrecked/ damaged with a broken windshield and the inside was absolutely filthy! They obviously were not interested in my business and I would not recommend this place to anyone!
