“I absolutely love Kid to Kid! I use it for all of my daughter’s clothes and dress shoes. Lots of gently used and sometimes even brand new clothing at great prices. They also have a reward program and run sales often. I can’t say enough good things about this place. So so good we have one nearby. It’s great for our family and the environment too. Highly recommend!”

“The woman that owns the stores is so kind and helpful. We shopped there twice in one day because we told and family about how amazing her deals were for NFL items. I will be going back every time I want more items for my team! She and the store is amazing!”

“I love this place! Im a heavy thrifter and this place is definitely a gem. I’ve been here 4 times in the past week or two and always left with something. I just recently left with a designer purse and a tv stand for less than $40!! Great People, Great Atmosphere and it definitely deserves the 5 star recognition ❤️.”

“Mrs. Browning only carries quality furniture. The kind of furniture that last a long time. She enjoys helping people SO much. You leave her shop with a wonderful feeling about your life, because of how you are treated.”

“This- and the San Pablo location- is my favorite thrift store in Jax. There are so many women's clothes and everything is organized so well. I typically dont enjoy clothes shopping, especially at thrift or close out stores (because there are not multiple sizes of items you love) but the volume, variety and quality is great. It's a pleasure shopping there. (Is it the Publix of thrift stores? Might be)! I've found some great buys! The other departments are nice also.”

“Helping Hands is exactly what a thrift store should be: nice items for a fraction of their original cost. To be honest, even if you don't need to buy anything, come to this shop for a smile and a pick-me-up!”

“Big props to the manager and staff here. This was by far the cleanest and most organized goodwill I have ever been to (the books were even organized by genre!!) It was like shopping at a tjmaxx. The staff were kind and helpful, I even overheard a staff member helping an elderly customer find a specific item. 10/10 and a great selection.”

“Much more organized than “The thrift store” Nextdoor. There was this green douche dancing outside the whole time and straight up antagonizing my dog. I went up and swung on him and he hit me back. Can you freaking believe this. Also I don’t understand but everything’s always 50% off so doesn’t that just mean it’s regular price? Very nice staff”

“A real thrift store without inflated prices like a big one on Emerson. They have one dollar clothes racks for women, men and children. It’s well organized and I like how the plus size clothes have their own section. They have changing rooms too.

They offer a discount on your next visit if you spend more than $50. The proceeds benefit a battered women’s shelter. I definitely recommend checking it out.”

“Spectrum Thrift Store supports a great cause and always has new incoming items. They have different sales going on. When I visited you could buy 3 pieces of clothing and get 2 free.”

“I'm just womdering why are you charging sales tax when in fact all the merchandise on sale were donated. I had donated several times before and also my wife is patronizing at the same time but i was shock when i saw the receipt with sales tax on it. So much for a non-profit organization entity like you that also charging sales tax on donated items.”

“I love this place! You won't find a more packed full of customers flea market in Duval! They are doing so good! The workers, venders and even the customers are just really down for earth awesome people! I didn't bring cash and the super sweet customer behind me offered to pay my $3 total to get in & for cart rental. I love going there. Shopping & selling at my own booths. The have everything you could need and want! The office staff is very helpful. They have food, bathrooms cleaned, ATM machines on grounds. Last Saturday I went and it was a excellent day from the time I walked in the gate, they only take cash, $1 per person. $2 to rent a shopping cart, the one that has those available for shoppers.”

“This Goodwill is huge, slightly disorganized though. I usually have to try to navigate around employees blocking every other aisle with fresh merchandise, and they don't seem to care about being in the way. Think Dollar General vibes.”

“Great customer service, friendly, kind, knowledgeable, if they didn't have answers they found out the answers. They went above and beyond. All 3 experiences from them. To renting a wheelchair, to buying a lift chair, to delivering and setting up the chair. If you are looking for Grade A service, I would highly recommend this company.”

“Every-time I go there I get some great service. Raven is always so nice. There was a woman dropping her bags on the ground by her feet instead of giving them to her..being very nasty but she continued to be professional. There’s a major blessing coming her way!!”

“I kept getting flyers in the mail stating, "Get 20% off your purchase when you bring this flyer in!" so I needed to go investigate. After many times of simply forgetting or being lazy we decided to take a trip over to St.Augustine Road. From the outside, the place is huge. I really wasn't fond of the one-way in, one-way out parking lot as I initially missed the first entrance, but once I got in and parked on the other side of the building, I was excited to see what treasures I could find. Once you walk in you can see that it isn't as big as how it looked on the outside, but they have TONS of stuff. On this particular day, they had 40% red tags so I got to searchin'. My boyfriend kinda wondered around the perimeter of the store, but I think he's particular about his clothing so he was done looking way before I was and kinda followed me around. I spent most of my time searching the women's tops, all organized by color but walked away with nothing. I'll check this place out again some day since they get new stuff all the time.”

“What do people expect when they go to a drive thru DONATION CENTER? Then they give it a bad review because they cannot shop there. Well my experience was great. The attendant was helpful and engaging.”

3.7 Good24 Reviews

“I am a regular there. I love that store, I love the friendly staff but everytime I go there I tell myself just go in get what your looking for and go but that almost never happens I always find great stuff. Absolutely ? my favorite place.”

“We appreciate that the salvation army accepts donations. More people should be trying to recycle or buy used items. The store that is attached to the donation center is full of furniture, HomeGoods, men's women's and children's clothing, luggage, and just about anything you could think of. The items are priced very low and for someone just starting out, buying used items is probably the way to go. If you make a donation of your items, they will give you a receipt to use as a text deduction.”

“Clean store and very well organized. The clothes they sell are in good to new condition. Unlike other thrift stores that want to sell you clothes that look as though they could be used as rags to clean your car. I appreciate how the clothes are organized by size and color. They have great deals and offer seniors, military and other discounts throughout the week.”

“This place only has used items like appliances and furniture, they do have some new tile and laminated with flooring that's never been used for a very reasonable price”

“It's OK. I feel like the prices could come down at least a dollar. Cashier service needs improvement and they need to hire more help. But I will be back. Maybe”

“It gives me @vvatl Value Village vibes, an old Atlanta GA favorite. They have a wide variety, great deals, and I often find things I haven’t seen anywhere else. I found some great items for Stephen here, a few for myself, and even something for Isabel. There were two levels for discounts—50% off and 30% off of two colors that day.

The following day was Labor Day, when I figured most stuff would be closed, but they were having a sale. I’m a bit bummed I missed it, but 7am is a bit early for me most days to be out and about. Everything in the entire store was 50% off. I’m not sure how often they do this, but it’s definitely worth checking out on any day, but especially a big discount day like this.”

“This is my holy grail of thrift stores in Jax. I hate that I’m writing a review and not gatekeeping it, but the kind staff asked bicey because some people are so miserable as to leave a review, what’s more a bad one, for a thrift store tryung to do good. The staff has never bern anything but sweet and helpful to me, even helping move furniture and holding it as well! These people and this place are the best.”

“I have always had a positive experience here. Today was exceptional. I donated bags earlier in the day and was met by Louis. After a few hours, I realized an Air Tag was left in an item, in the donation bag. I went back to Good Will and Louis was so nice in helping me find my donated bags. He had to pull everything out of the bin. Of course, it was at the bottom. He found the bag, I found the air tag, and I offered to help put the items back. He said absolutely not. He could not have been nicer. Thank you Louis!!”

“The customer service at this location is exemplary, especially with the African American young man with the twists. I believe his name was Sam, and he was extremely helpful and patient in assisting me. I found the exact pair of pants I needed for work! I'm looking forward to visiting this store in the future. Sam, keep up the phenomenal work ?”
