Went to the Sunbeam USPS for an update on missing mail claim and was Denied Service... What's going on?

The experiance was awful 😖 the person was not vary friendly with vary poor customer services skills. This kind of workers should be in the back not the face of the office, is really vary uncomfortable place to be

Should have read the comments before coming here. Very unprofessional customer service I will not be back here. However, there is a room for huge improvement and until then I’m not going to be back. I don’t mind driving elsewhere.
