I have been trying to call since 4pm and it is 7pm now I've been hung up on as soon as they pick up and even had it just keep ringing this isn't the first time this has happen

Extremely busy, but only one person working at the pharmacy counter. No one serving the express pickup window, so even if you called ahead, you're still waiting in a 30+ minute line.

Just went to use Western Union to pay a bill. Usually fast. Always great customer service.
